PG&E electricity rates could double from more wildfires, utliity expert says

Wildfires in 2017 and 2018 have exposed the massive financial risk to PG&E, and energy customers will pay the price if fires continue, a UC Berkley professor and former utility expert has told Gov. Newsom.
