Truman Change is hosting a virtual roundtable event entitled “Looking to the future” exploring changes in the world of work. With a global pandemic changing many aspects of business at a rapid pace, the event aims to delve into potential learnings from different industries and perspectives. Panellists will also consider the future landscape of work, careers and offices, and how leadership and management can adapt and prepare for both challenges and opportunities.

The panel features a number of experts with different backgrounds to give a wider variety of input and diverse exploration of what the future of leadership, wellbeing and organisational change my look like and how it may be implemented. The guest speakers include:

Erica Lewis, Leader of Lancaster City Council and Lecturer in Leadership at the University of Cumbria
Carolyn Wright, Head of People and Organisational Development, Lake District National Park
Hayley Lever, CEO of Greater Sport
Lee Chambers, Founder of Essentialise and Director of Wellbeing Lancashire

Trueman Change is based in the North of England, and they are specialists in Public Sector change programs, covering Local Government, Education, the Voluntary Sector and Partnerships. They are highly regarded for their end-to-end change and project management service and have worked with hundreds of clients creating bespoke change solutions.

On being included as a panellist in the roundtable event, Lee Chambers said, “I am delighted to be part of the discussion and join other highly respected individuals to explore what is a highly relevant discussion as we head towards the end of a year of rapid change.
