With a global pandemic changing many aspects of business at a rapid pace, the event aims to delve into potential learnings from different industries and perspectives. Panellists will also consider the future landscape of work, careers and offices, and how leadership and management can adapt and prepare for both challenges and opportunities.
The panel features a number of experts with different backgrounds to give a wider variety of input and diverse exploration of what the future of leadership, wellbeing and organisational change my look like and how it may be implemented. The guest speakers include:

Carolyn Wright, Head of People and Organisational Development, Lake District National Park

Lee Chambers, Founder of Essentialise and Director of Wellbeing Lancashire
Trueman Change is based in the North of England, and they are specialists in Public Sector change programs, covering Local Government, Education, the Voluntary Sector and Partnerships. They are highly regarded for their end-to-end change and project management service and have worked with hundreds of clients creating bespoke change solutions.
