Bounteous Team in Pittsburgh Announces Move to New Office Space; Ushers in New Growth

Bounteous today announced plans to relocate its Pittsburgh office in May 2021 to the first floor of the Highline West Building (333 E. Carson Street). Bounteous, a long-term fixture in the Pittsburgh community, nearly doubles the space of its current location to accommodate the growth of the Pittsburgh team and prepare for additional new hires in 2021 and beyond.

Previously, Bounteous’ 50-person office space at 24 South 18th Street occupied just over 7,000 square feet. The new space will measure approximately 13,261 square feet, and Bounteous, who was named to the 2020 Adweek Fastest-Growing Agencies list, predicts the move will help support its rapid growth.

“While our collaboration center in Pittsburgh is currently closed due to COVID-19, we are continuing to invest in this community and our people,” said Leah Weyandt, Chief People Officer at Bounteous. “As part of this plan, the new location in Pittsburgh almost doubles our footprint and puts us in a position to expand that team by up to 40 percent.”

Bounteous, a leading digital transformation agency, now has more than 600 strategists, technologists, designers, analysts, content creators, and marketers across offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Mexico City, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Toronto, Wilmington, and Berlin. Bounteous continues to expand its portfolio of multinational brands and partners through strategic, co-innovative relationships at a time when digital has never been more important.

“We can’t wait to continue to grow our Pittsburgh presence alongside the community at The Highline,” said Jon Meck, Vice President of Marketing at Bounteous. “We’ve been a part of the local tech scene since 2004, and our growth as Bounteous has allowed us to continue to give back to our community, as well as attract talent and customers in Pittsburgh and beyond.”

Originally constructed as the “The Pittsburgh Terminal Property” in the early 1900s, this historic five-building office and warehouse complex was designed as a central point of connection between road, river, and rail transport. The Bounteous Pittsburgh team, formerly known as LunaMetrics, originally occupied the Terminal building, and much like the revitalized space, looks different than it did back then. Now, The Highline acts as a revitalized hub for all of South Shore’s vibrant attractions, allowing Bounteous to tap into the mixed-use space’s collaborative and creative environment. The new office boasts efficient technology and amenities for team members to utilize, in addition to striking views of the Pittsburgh skyline, and the option to experience recreational spaces and activities throughout the neighborhood, such as nearby restaurants and an on-site Anytime Fitness center.

JLL, a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management, is facilitating the leasing process for Bounteous.

“This complex flawlessly combines creative office design, a vibrant location, state-of-the-art technology, and coveted amenities for an elevated working environment,” said Jesse Ainsman, Vice President at JLL.
