Georgia municipalities sue Netflix, Hulu, other streaming services for more than $5M

Gwinnett County, Brookhaven and Athens-Clarke County allege that these streaming services have spent years avoiding the fees they are required to pay for using the local internet service provider's broadband facilities to deliver their content.
