Houston lands on Time's 'World's Greatest Places 2021,' falls down U.S. News & World Report's 'Best Places to Live'

Time magazine named the Bayou City to its list of "The World's Greatest Places of 2021" a week after the Bayou City fell 12 spots on U.S. News & World Report's Best Places to Live rankings.
