Autodesk shares surge ahead of analyst briefing

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) - Shares of design software maker Autodesk Inc. rose more than 12% Tuesday, as investors angled for a dose of good news from the company at its briefing of Wall Street analysts later this week.
