Resignation of Mark Holcombe
On September 1, 2010, Mark Holcombe resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Blacksands Petroleum, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. In submitting his resignation, Mr. Holcombe did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Holcombe remains as a director of the Company.
