Item 8.01.   Other Events.

On September 9, 2009, inTEST Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting that on September 8, 2009, the Company had received approval from Nasdaq of the application for transfer to The Nasdaq Capital Markets (the "Capital Markets"). The Company's stock will transfer from The Nasdaq Global Markets to the Capital Markets effective with the opening of the market on September 10, 2009. A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
