                Alliance Data Systems Corporation (“ADS”) issued a press release March 10, 2003 announcing the provision of outsourcing services to Texas deregulated utility customers of subsidiaries of Centrica North America, CPL Retail Energy and WTU Retail Energy, along with Texas deregulated utility customers of American Electric Power Company (“AEP”) and the sale by AEP of back office operations to ADS. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
