On March 18, 2008, a Separation Agreement (the Separation Agreement) between Force Protection, Inc. (the Company) and Raymond Pollard became effective. On March 3, 2008, Raymond Pollard, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, departed from the Company effective March 3, 2008.
