Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 9, 2011, Force Protection, Inc. (the Company) held an investor conference call and webcast to discuss its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010 and its business outlook. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the transcript of the Companys presentation during that call and the questions and answers that followed the presentation.
