On June 5, 2014, Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  The Company will hold its earnings call to discuss its results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2014 today at 11:30 a.m. ET.
