Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On February 1, 2016, the compensation committee of the board of directors of Dermira, Inc. (the “Compensation Committee”) approved the promotion of Luis Peña from his role as Executive Vice President of Product Development to Chief Development Officer.  In connection with the promotion, the Compensation Committee also approved an adjustment to Mr. Peña’s annual base salary from $325,000 to $360,750, effective as of February 1, 2016.
