Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Oil States International, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 8, 2018. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of the Company (i) elected two Class II members to the Board of Directors, (ii) voted in favor of the compensation of the named executive officers, (iii) ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2018, and (iv) approved the Oil States International, Inc. 2018 Equity Participation Plan.
