EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

On August 24, 2015, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Amit Goffer, will retire effective November 18, 2015. Dr. Goffer also will not seek re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors when his term expires at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders later this year. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
