Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 26, 2017, ServiceNow, Inc. (“ServiceNow” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2017.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
