Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 20, 2018, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary results from Chinese patients with microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) solid tumors enrolled in an ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of its investigational anti-PDI-antibody tislelizumab from an oral presentation at the 21st Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), taking place in Xiamen, China. The full text of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. On September 20, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing clinical data on tislelizumab in Chinese patients with lung cancers, in two oral presentations at the CSCO meeting. On September 21, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing preliminary results from the Phase 1 trial of its investigational BTK inhibitor zanubrutinib in Chinese patients with B-cell lymphoma in an oral presentation at the CSCO meeting.
