SAPIENS RECEIVES CLAIM SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION COURT
IN POLAND

Cary, N.C. – July 29, 2010 - Sapiens International Corporation N.V. (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) (“Sapiens” or “Company”), a member of the Formula (NASDAQ: FORTY and TASE: FORT) Group, today announced that one of its subsidiaries has received a claim submitted to the arbitration court in Warsaw, Poland, from a former customer in Poland claiming an amount of approximately €3.4 million. The claim relates to a dispute regarding a project for such former customer more than two years ago. Sapiens is at a very preliminary stage of reviewing the claim.
