ADS Dividend Declaration


On 14 November, ScottishPower announced in the Company's interim results for the
six months to 30 September 2006 was 11.4 pence per ordinary share.  The dividend
will be payable on 28 December 2006 to shareholders on the register on 24
November 2006.

This is to confirm that the dividend rate per American Depositary Share (ADS) is
$0.8704.  The ADS will be paid on 28 December 2006 to ADS holders of record on
24 November 2006.
