Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 22, 2007, Cactus Commerce Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Community Bancorp, announced by press release that Jim E. Nelson was hired as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and appointed a member of Cactus Commerce Bank’s board of directors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto.
