On November 18, 2007, the Board of Directors of Broadway Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company of Broadway Federal Bank, f.s.b., approved a stock repurchase program whereby the Company may repurchase up to $500,000 of its common stock. The Company may make purchases of its common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions at prices deemed appropriate by the Company. The Company had 1.8 million shares outstanding at October 31, 2007.
