Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Rentrak Corporation (“Rentrak”) has eliminated the position held by Mr. Ken Papagan, Rentrak’s President. Effective immediately, Mr. Papagan will become a consultant to Rentrak reporting directly to the CEO, to ensure a smooth transition of projects under his management.
