Results for the Third Quarter of Fiscal 2011
Tokyo, February 1, 2012 — Hitachi, Ltd. (NYSE:HIT / TSE:6501) commented on news articles that reported Hitachi’s financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 ended December 31, 2011 and outlook for the fiscal 2011 ending March 31, 2012. These articles weren’t based on Hitachi’s disclosed information. The announcement of Hitachi’s financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 is scheduled on February 2.
