The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of American Electric Power Company, Inc. will be held on Tuesday April 22, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Grand Wayne Convention Center, 120 W. Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
