(b) On March 22, 2007, Ronald A. Lane was elected Senior Vice President and Special Advisor of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") and its principal operating subsidiaries, Atlas Air, Inc. and Polar Air Cargo, Inc. Concurrent with this appointment, Mr. Lane resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company and such subsidiaries. Mr. Lane is expected to retire at the end of 2007.

Michael Steen will succeed Mr. Lane as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. His appointment is effective as of April 1, 2007.
