Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 29, 2012, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company” or “Live Nation”) provided the following ticket sales updates to its business:

    Overall attendance at the Company’s Concerts events for the summer season (June 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012) is currently projected to be up approximately 5% versus the same period in 2011. Notable components of this projected overall growth for the summer season include:

    International attendance is currently projected to be up approximately 20% compared to 2011;

    Attendance at the Company’s festivals is currently projected to be up approximately 30% compared to 2011;

    Attendance at the Company’s electronic dance music (EDM) events is currently projected to be up approximately 70% versus 2011; and

    Attendance at the Company’s North American amphitheater events is currently projected to be up approximately 15% versus 2011.

    Ticketmaster’s global ticket sales for 2012 through the end of July, regardless of event date, are up approximately 5% versus 2011.
