On June 29, 2006 the Corporation held its Annual & Special Meeting of
shareholders. At that meeting all matters proposed for consideration by the
shareholders were approved.  On July 12, 2006 the Corporation changed its name
from International Gemini Technology Inc. to Widescope Resources Inc.  There
was no change in the Corporation's capital structure. The July 20, 2006 news
release, Exhibit 99.1, was filed with the Canadian regulators via
www.sedar.com and contains the details and results of the shareholders
meeting.
