Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On September 25, 2015, Harry O’Grady notified us that he is resigning as our Chief Financial Officer effective October 7, 2015.  His resignation was not related to any disagreement with our company on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices, but rather was due to accepting a job at another company.  We are in the process of identifying and interviewing potential individuals to serve as our interim Chief Financial Officer while we are conducting a formal search for a Chief Financial Officer.
