Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 14, 2016, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Broadridge” or the “Company”), announced that the Company and certain of its affiliates entered into a purchase agreement to acquire from DST Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("DST"), and certain of its affiliates, the North American customer communications business of DST (the "Acquisition"). Also, on June 14, 2016, the “Company hosted a conference call and webcast to discuss the Acquisition. The transcript of that call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
