Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of Registrant.


On October 1, 2007, Cincinnati Financial Corporation increased its unsecured line of credit with PNC Bank, N.A. to $75 million from $50 million. All other terms of the note, incorporated by reference to Exhibit 10.27 filed with the company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, are unchanged. At September 30, 2007, there was $49 million outstanding on that line.
