The change in the number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person is the result of market sales of 52,500 shares that it beneficially owned. Item 4. Purpose of Transaction. The Reporting Person sold the securities in the ordinary course of its business in market transactions pursuant to a Notice of Proposed Sale of Securities pursuant to Rule 144.
