Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (the “Company”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2007 Annual Meeting”) at 9:00 am Pacific Time on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at The Westin South Coast Plaza, 686 Anton Boulevard, Costa Mesa, California 92626. All holders of record of the Company’s common stock outstanding as of the close of business on Thursday, April 12, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the 2007 Annual Meeting.
