On November 8, 2005, Callon Petroleum Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit
99.1 providing information regarding the company’s operating results for both the quarter and
nine-month period ending September 30, 2005.
As disclosed in a press release dated November 2, 2005 attached as Exhibit 99.2, the company
announced that its conference call reporting third quarter 2005 results would be held on Wednesday,
November 9, 2005 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
