Minneapolis, MN - As Male Mental Health Month comes to a close, the Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo is excited to announce the return of the all-male panel for the 6th Annual Expo, continuing a powerful conversation that began last year. This year’s panel, titled "How I Healed the Boy Within: The Things That Change Boys to Men," will dive deeper into the heart of Black men's experiences and the journey of healing.
Introduced for the first time last year, the all-male panel brought a much-needed perspective to the Expo, offering heartfelt messages and personal stories from Black men. This year, we are proud to build upon that foundation, providing a platform for open, honest dialogue around the challenges and triumphs in the process of becoming whole.

Panel Topic: "How I Healed the Boy Within: The Things That Change Boys to Men"
This discussion will explore the journey from boyhood to manhood, focusing on the important steps in healing from childhood trauma, family wounds and personal growth. The panelists will consist of influential Black men from various backgrounds. They will share their experiences and insights on overcoming personal struggles and societal pressures to become stronger and more resilient.
