Phelps is Third Luna Director to be Honored by NACD
Luna Innovations Incorporated (NASDAQ: LUNA) today announced that Barry Phelps, a member of its Board of Directors, has been named to the 2021 National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”) Directorship 100, which highlights the most influential leaders in corporate governance. Mr. Phelps has served on Luna’s Board of Directors for four years and has extensive experience in financial management roles and executive and Board service experience in technology-related industries.
