Today, leading venue management software provider Clubspeed announced the acquisition of Resova, a fast-growing online booking and marketing software vendor focused on escape rooms and activity and tour operators. Clubspeed will acquire Resova for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand its global market leadership and product portfolio.
