Most recently, Tri Counties Bank partnered with the California Black Chamber of Commerce to provide several home buyer seminars at the Highlands Community Charter School in Sacramento. These seminars teach home buyers how to best qualify for a home and dispel common myths about the home lending process including credit score, down payment requirements, and job history.
