Kemper Ranked Among Best Companies for Latinos to Work

Kemper Corporation announced that it has been recognized by Latino Leaders Magazine as one of the “Best Companies for Latinos to Work.”

The magazine recognized Kemper as one of 25 companies that “have the deepest commitment for Latino talent to thrive…and have demonstrated substantial efforts to open their corporate culture to everyone, making sure their employees feel proud of belonging.”

The list is based on diversity representation in the employee population and on the corporate board, a strong commitment to community service, talent acquisition and development programs, and other efforts to increase diversity among the workforce, suppliers and leadership engagement.
