Additions to the executive leadership team will bolster Spotless Brands’ financial and information technology operations.
Spotless Brands (“Spotless”), a premier super-regional car wash company, today announced the appointment of Matthew Schroeder as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Jason O’Sullivan as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Information Technology (IT). Schroeder and O’Sullivan bring over 40 years of combined experience in executive leadership roles to support the company’s continued growth as it plans to scale to over 225 locations this year.

As CFO, Schroeder will oversee financial strategy during a critical growth phase for the company. Schroeder joins the Spotless team after a 25-year tenure at Rite Aid, where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including CFO and CEO. There, he led the company’s accounting, planning and budgeting, investor relations and treasury functions. He was responsible for initiatives that drove significant cost savings and process improvements and managed the Company’s complex capital structure. Schroeder has also served on the Rite Aid Board of Directors since September 2024.

As SVP of Information Technology, Jason O’Sullivan will lead Spotless’s IT operations, point of sale, cybersecurity, and all technology strategic and investment planning. Previously, O’Sullivan led successful technology modernization, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives for organizations including Culligan International, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Cars.com.
