New talent and leadership moves position Ondaro to meet growing global ServiceNow demand

Jason Young, CPA, CGMA, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. These changes build on the recent appointments of Jason Whitesides as Chief Revenue Officer and Todd Feder as Chief Legal Officer, rounding out a strong leadership team for Ondaro’s next chapter.

Jason Young, previously Ondaro’s Vice President, Finance & Controller, brings extensive experience across Fortune 50 companies as well as privately held and PE‑backed mid‑size organizations, including Maravai LifeSciences and Raytheon Technologies. As CFO, he will lead all financial operations, shape investment priorities, and help ensure Ondaro’s long‑term strength as the company scales.

As Chief Product and Marketing Officer, Elysia Gerber will lead how Ondaro builds and communicates its offerings—such as quick‑turn transformation projects and AI‑powered solutions—so clients realize clear outcomes faster. Gerber previously served as Global VP, Marketing & Service Portfolio at Ondaro and earlier led marketing at other elite ServiceNow partners. Chris Chute, now Chief Delivery Officer, oversees a global delivery organization across North and South America. He leads end‑to‑end delivery across diverse markets and sectors, ensuring Ondaro’s global teams consistently drive high‑quality outcomes aligned with each client’s goals. Chute previously served as Interim President, U.S. Business Unit, and led Ondaro’s Solution Consulting practice.

Stepping into the Chief People Officer role, Sabrina Morin will lead Ondaro’s approach to talent, culture, and employee experience, with responsibility for a comprehensive People strategy that enhances the employee experience, drives operational excellence, and supports sustainable growth. Previously, Morin was Director, People & Culture, at Thirdera.
