Lynk Global announced today that it has filed counterclaims against SLAM Corp. in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The filing remains under seal but is expected to become publicly available on July 7, 2025.
Lynk also acknowledges SLAM’s recent Form 8-K filing, which relates to its June 25, 2025 shareholder meeting. According to the filing, the holders of 1,885,947 public shares properly exercised their right to redeem their shares for cash, leaving only minimal funds remaining in trust. This redemption represents a rate exceeding 99% since SLAM’s initial public offering in 2021.
Lynk intends to vigorously defend itself against SLAM’s meritless claims and will continue to assert its rights under the Business Combination Agreement (BCA).
