Their summer adventure activity programs have been announced just in time for the end of the school term, which in New York state is quickly approaching on the 26th of June. As families in Albany and surrounding counties plan ways to enjoy the long, hot days of summer, Adirondack Extreme is proud to be offering wholesome, old-fashioned family fun.

The adventure park is most well-known for its treetop aerial adventure course, which when the park opened in 2007 was the first of its kind in the US. Today, there are more courses available than ever, and the park has options for both children ages 6 and up and adults.
Families that take on the park’s series of increasingly adventurous and challenging treetop courses will enjoy unrivaled moments of family bonding, immense feelings of shared achievement and beautiful views of one of New York State’s most treasured national parks.
As of last year, Adirondack Extreme has also added their new ‘Low Rider’ Zipline Tour, which will see visitors flying through the forest on 12 distinct zip lines, including their highest and quickest 550 tandem giant zip line.
For those family members who prefer to keep their feet on the ground, or for post-adventure course relaxation, the adventure park also offers lazy river tubing, which will see guests drifting down the cool and clear waters of the Lower Hudson River. Toddlers aged 2 and up are welcome to tag along for this one.
