Leading communications agency JamPrime has delivered outstanding results for Fyio since it was appointed as its PR agency translating media visibility into measurable growth in just eight weeks.
Fyio since it was appointed as its PR agency translating media visibility into measurable growth in just eight weeks.
Since partnering with JamPrime the female-founded tech startup helping people take control of and protect their personal paperwork – has seen almost 2,000 new app downloads and nearly 1,500 app sign ups directly driven by press coverage.
This included 52 downloads in just 10 minutes during an ITV Lorraine feature secured by the PR agency – proof that PR can deliver real ROI, not just awareness.
The two-month campaign built rapid national credibility for the brand, combining powerful human-interest stories with serious commentary on digital identity.
In August, the agency focused on building visibility, secured a launch announcement in PRWeek and a founder story titled “We bumped into each other at a train station – now we’re two women shaking up the tech industry”, featured in the Express, Mirror and Daily Star. These pieces established both industry credibility and mass-market recognition.
In September, the focus shifted to impact-driven storytelling and expert positioning. A powerful consumer case study “I had to leave my son at home at the start of our holiday due to a basic admin error – do not make my mistake” – ran across MailOnline, Mirror, MSN and regional outlets including Wales Online and Devon Live.
Co-founder Sarah Wrixon was also featured in Finextra, providing expert commentary on the future of digital ID.
The breakthrough moment came with a direct pitch to the Financial Times, resulting in a full feature in the FT (online and weekend print), and a segment on ITV’s Lorraine and BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour – catapulting Fyio into the national spotlight.
Fyio co-founder Louise Marsh said: “Our goal has always been to help people protect what matters to them, and JamPrime’s campaign brought that mission to life in a way that truly connected with both consumers and the media. The response has been incredible.”
JamPrime CEO Ben Nicholls added: “Fyio is the perfect example of PR that moves the needle – combining human stories that tabloids love with credible commentary that business media trust. The impact of this campaign has been immediate and measurable.”
