ATTAC Consulting Group, a premier national consulting and auditing firm serving insurers, managed care, and provider organizations operating government and commercial health care programs, announced that Aaron Eaton has joined the firm as Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Product Development.
In his new role with ATTAC, Mr. Eaton leads initiatives focused on solving business challenges faced by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Health Insurance Marketplace issuers. As government healthcare programs adapt to a rapidly-changing environment, Eaton and his colleagues at ATTAC provide services and guidance to plans on maximizing revenue opportunities, implementing efficient and effective internal operations, and ensuring compliance.
Mr. Eaton has held multiple healthcare leadership roles focused on strategy, development, and revenue growth. In his most recent role with Bloom Insurance Agency, he served as Senior Vice President for Strategy and was responsible for enhancing and growing the value-based enrollment and technology platforms used by Medicare Advantage plans’ sales departments.
Prior to his tenure with Bloom, Mr. Eaton spent ten years with Gorman Health Group (GHG) where he served the company in several roles including Chief Strategy and Development Officer and partner. While at GHG, Eaton helped build new capabilities to keep pace with Medicare Advantage and the Health Insurance Marketplace, and worked with dozens of health plans to solve business challenges through technology solutions.
While with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Eaton served as team leader and Division Director within the Medicare Drug Benefit Group where he established review procedures and policies for incoming Part D formularies and benefits.
Mr. Eaton earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. He co-founded Be A Giver, Inc., a non-profit organization that supports several local community initiatives.
