In trading on Tuesday, the iShares Latin America 40 ETF (ILF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of CIG (CIG), up about 7.4% and shares of Vale (VALE), up about 4.7% on the day.
