Second ex-civil rights division employee files lawsuit against Oregon

In a lawsuit filed Monday, Shaina Pomerantz, who formerly worked as a civil rights investigator for Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries, claims she was subjected to a racially hostile work environment before she resigned in December.
