World Series of Golf, Inc. (WSGF) Adds Cryptocurrency Support for Newly Released Vacation Property Investment App, Vaycaychella

Following Vaycaychella's successful May launch, World Series of Golf Inc. (OTC Pink: WSGF) is already in late-stage development to add an additional financing option that takes advantage of a rapidly growing investment sector. The move comes following better than expected demand for its Alternative Short-Term Rental Purchase Finance Application.

In a release last week, WSGF confirmed its planned implementation of cryptocurrency support to its Vaycaychella app. This feature fits perfectly with the alternative investment focus of Vaycaychella, appealing to a new league of investors searching for opportunities outside of the traditional stock market. Cryptocurrency has seen a massive increase in attention, and much of this interest comes from people who have not traditionally invested in the stock market before. The strategy to implement the new feature makes good sense, especially with Vaycaychella appealing to a new class of retail audience wanting to generate revenues through rental property investment.

With apps such as Robinhood proving it can generate hundreds of millions in revenues by offering a simple way to invest in the markets, Vaycaychella is pioneering a new market targeting real estate investment. A growing number of investors expect that the Vaycaychella platform can be the next big app for retail investors.

But, the added cryptocurrency support is just one feature that makes Vaycaychella unlike anything else on the market. There's plenty more to like.

Vaycaychella Brings Property Investment to the Masses

As noted, WSGF officially released its alternative property investment app, Vaycaychella, last month. The app provides entrepreneurs and investors with a more accessible platform for rental property investment opportunities. The excellent news is that the launch surpassed even the company's own expectations and positions WSGF to focus on providing new features and high-level support to its influx of new users.

The most significant advantage of the app is that it removes many of the barriers that restricted retail class investors from taking advantage of vacation property investment. In short, Vaycaychella offers a property investment process comparable to an investment in the stock market. Better still, the integrated features enable a substantially greater pool of users to own or invest in a short-term rental vacation property that can then be advertised on popular platforms like AirBNB (Nasdaq: ABNB).

Even better, for the first time, and with the help of Vaycaychella, entrepreneurs can promote their targeted property acquisitions or renovation projects to private investors. The platform also allows investors and sellers to create profile pages, allowing interested parties to learn more about each other's ideas and intentions before making a deal.

The app's most differentiating feature is that, unlike traditional property investment, it allows investors to negotiate without having to go through the usual steps of background checks and income verification. This advantage appeals to retail investors and property owners by mirroring the stock market - if an investor currently has the funds available, they can make an offer in the same way that they could purchase shares of a company. Knowing how Robinhood changed the retail investor landscape for stocks, Vaycaychella could prove to be a game-changer in the rental property industry with its unique features and user-friendly interface for real estate transactions.

And that could generate substantial returns for both WSGF and its investors.

Creating an Investment Opportunity

In fact, by creating a platform that offers an accessible investment opportunity unlike anything else available on the market, Vaycaychella has the potential to become the Robinhood of the real estate investment sector. WSGF bought the potentially game-changing app last year, and its efforts to bring the service to market should now pay off. Early adoption is bullish.

To capitalize upon this new demand, WSGF is expanding its presence by focusing on acquisition and development opportunities by adding new properties from around the world. In particular, Vaycaychella announced its entrance into the Cuban markets, looking to take advantage of the significant opportunities offered by the country's readiness to welcome foreign investment to restore international tourism rates.

The launch of Vaycaychella included the listing of 10 new target restoration properties in that country and expanded its pilot program to highlight the opportunities offered by the platform. Further, to support the financing of these 10 target properties, the company plans to offer a new cryptocurrency token that will allow holders of the coin to earn a share of profits from the revenues generated from these locations. This move should also help draw attention to Vaycaychella's support for cryptocurrencies as an accepted investment vehicle, attracting additional users looking to capitalize on new opportunities and utilize the inherent benefits of cryptocurrency.

Based on investment trends from both the beta and current release, WSGF has maintained its confidence that Vaycaychella could produce as much as $100 million in revenues before the end of 2022.

This may appear to be a challenging goal, but keep in mind that demand for innovative and accessible investment-based applications is at an all-time high – and similar apps such as Robinhood have amassed billion-dollar valuations in less than five years of operation.

Thus, Vaycaychella's release's timing could help WSGF capitalize on massive opportunities given the expected resurgence in global economies. Analysts note that between the post-Covid-19 rise in travel and vacation demand, as well as the growing popularity of alternative investment outlets such as cryptocurrency and short-term rental properties, Vaycaychella is targeting the right trends at the right time.

And when one considers the unparalleled accessibility that Vaycaychella has brought to the property investment sector, it's easy to see how it may follow in the footsteps of investment-app success stories.

Revenues Could Surge In Back Half Of 2021

Already, user demand is showing that the public launch of Vaycaychella is proving to be a huge success for WSGF. And its planned cryptocurrency support will help to bring even more users to its platform.

The Version 2.0 update, which is in late-stage development, will include crowdfunding capabilities, a larger pool of listings, and additional methods to finance investments. Also, WSGF plans to share the app's user participation rate, listing data, and property closings with its investors soon. Indeed, positive news on this front could send share prices substantially higher.

In fact, should the company's revenue guidance hold true, Goldman Small Cap Research's $0.20 price target is in the crosshairs. Better still, with a rapidly growing userbase, as well as the near-term release of its cryptocurrency support, WSGF stock could start to appreciate toward that level sooner rather than later.
