Winners, Inc. Impresses At Emerging Growth Conference; Highlights YTD Milestone Developments (OTCMKTS: WNRS)

Winners, Inc. (OTC PINK: WNRS) makes a habit of keeping its investor community informed of its milestones reached and its plans for the future. Last week, they gave a compelling presentation detailing how their innovative platform can further monetize its opportunities by targeting legal gaming markets across the country.

More than informative, the presentation at the Emerging Growth Conference on July 21st Existing gave shareholders, potential investors, and clients an ability to connect with Wayne Allyn Root, CEO of WNRS subsidiary VegasWINNERS, Inc., in real-time. The live, interactive online event was well-received.

In fact, the forum could help amplify WNRS's mission and message, as its presentation was broadcast to a large audience of institutional investors, advisors, and analysts. Moreover, the one-to-one connection with the CEO allowed an opportunity to fully explain how its Krush House network of sports betting shows and programs can continue to gain traction targeting sports and gaming fans to its platform.

Notably, WNRS highlighted the value in its platform, which is the primary tool to facilitate WNRS's expansion in multi-billion dollar markets. And with WNRS having a commission-based business model, the faster it attracts users, the quicker they can drive high-margin revenues. Moreover, with WNRS already in large markets, its success in doing so is happening faster than many expected.

And, while the conference was its most recent connection to the markets, it follows a busy summer of milestone developments. The better news is that the presentation appeared to attract investors' attention, with shares rising about 5% during the update.

As noted, there are good reasons to stay interested in WNRS.

Leveraging A Targeted And Innovative Platform

Indeed, the Winners' winning streak of milestones reached continues. Earlier in the month, WNRS subsidiary VegasWINNERS Inc. announced that it was granted a Sports Wagering Interim Supplier License by the State of West Virginia Lottery, permitting WNRS to refer customers in West Virginia to licensed sportsbooks in return for commission payments. With West Virginia's total amount of sports wagers increasing from $226 million in 2019 to over $419 million in 2020, the license could become a potentially lucrative asset for WNRS.

It will also leverage the strengths of its operating subsidiary VegasWINNERS Inc., which is committed to providing the latest in sports gambling news, statistics, predictions, and advice through various media and advertising formats. VegasWINNERS Inc. is a licensed sports gaming affiliate that generates revenues by directing traffic to gaming operators in exchange for commission payments.

Perhaps its most significant development YTD was its granted approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to operate as a Registered Vendor Sports Gaming Affiliate in the state of New Jersey. This approval opens up a substantial opportunity for WNRS, giving access to one of the country's most profitable sports betting markets. Recording more than $4.5 billion wagered in its first year of legal betting, the New Jersey market has become one of the most popular hubs of sports betting activity following its legalization in June 2018.

In fact, New Jersey finished 2020 as the largest sports betting market in the United States, outspending Nevada by more than $1.5 billion in wagers placed. This means that New Jersey wagers account for 28% of all sports betting in the United States, making WNRS's certification as a Registered Vendor Sports Gaming Affiliate in the state a potential catalyst for rapid growth in the coming weeks.

Furthermore, with WNRS generating most of its revenues by directing its users to gaming operators in exchange for a commission, the company has emphasized providing consistently high-quality and engaging content to grow its audience and build a strong reputation within the industry. That model is paying off.

And its Krush House Network is leading the charge. Krush is a website and multi-media platform featuring various original programs that target everyone from seasoned gamblers to sports fans who are simply interested in statistics and analyst opinions. The leading "Krush House™" podcast features Frank Nicoterro and former NFL Quarterback and ESPN analyst Sean Salisbury, who discuss team performance and analyze betting trends. The weekly podcast also includes interviews with prominent athletes, man-on-the-street interviews during sporting events, audience engagement and contests, and other exciting attractions to best maintain its growing and loyal audience.

In addition, The Krush House Network produces two other original content shows aimed at assisting sports fans in placing legal bets by learning from some of the industry's most knowledgeable handicappers. These programs feature the company's CEO, Wayne Allyn Root, also known as "The King of Vegas Sports Gambling" and "America's Oddsmaker." The show's experts provide opinions, tips, arguments, and up-to-date information on the most recent handicap betting trends for all major sports.

The value proposition from The Krush House Network can be substantial. Better still, it adds to WNRS's business strategy of driving traffic to gaming operators in exchange for a commission by providing an engaging and accurate platform that covers the world of online sports betting. With multiple episodes of its shows being released each week, WNRS can maintain its consistent viewer base and capitalize upon the recently legalized and rapidly growing sports betting sector.

Thus, by leveraging the strengths of its assets, the back half of this year could be a period of exponential growth for the company.

Capitalizing On Surging Sector Growth

Heading into the back half of this year, WNRS looks better positioned than ever to maximize near-term opportunities and enhance client engagements. Already, WNRS's strategic promotional efforts have helped put them a step ahead of the competition when it comes to capitalizing upon the newly legalized US sports betting market. And its recent milestones and plans to add to them should help cement that position even more.

Better still, while it's earning a Sports Wagering Interim Supplier License to target a more than $419M betting market in West Virginia last week, and its approved application to be a Registered Vendor Sports Gaming Affiliate in New Jersey may be excellent news...it may also be a prelude to better things to come. Best of all, those two deals alone should significantly boost its commission-based earnings. However, at the pace of WNRS hitting its interim goals, expect more to come.

And that makes WNRS a well-leveraged bet going forward.
