E4 Carolinas seeks new CEO as David Doctor prepares for 'staged retirement'

E4 Carolinas, established in 2012, has grown to a 10-person organization under David Doctor from the two-man operation he inherited. It boasts more than 140 corporate and institutional members including industry giants, top universities and Carolinas energy startups.
