Inside a Black-owned bed-and-breakfast empire

Monique Greenwood, former editor-in-chief of Essence magazine, traded in her pen 28 years ago for a whisk, and along with her husband launched a bed-and-breakfast in the heart of the Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
